SAMUEL HAMMER, CPA, CGMA, a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA), serves as the managing shareholder for HNT PA CPA. With over 30 years of experience in healthcare, he has provided advice to C-Suite Operating Executives, Boards of Directors, Physicians, Employers, Payors, Hospitals, Physician Groups, Law Firms, Manufacturers, and Governments on a range of matters, including mergers and acquisitions, strategy, physician integration, tax, and litigation support.
Although Samuel's primary focus is on healthcare, he also works with high-net-worth individuals and small to mid-sized companies in various other industries and professions. He has significant experience in tax planning, compliance, and accounting services, and he is responsible for representing the firm's clients in IRS and state-related issues.
Samuel started his career at Price Waterhouse after graduating from Emory University, before moving to California, where he gained experience in public accounting. He joined a local accounting firm, where he became a shareholder and managing officer, adding tax planning and preparation, general accounting support, due diligence analysis, business planning and review, operational assessments, governance advice, mergers and acquisitions, performance improvement, interim management, forensic accounting investigations, and litigation support to his repertoire.
After serving as the CEO of a large integrated healthcare network in Riverside, California, Samuel returned to Florida, where he worked for Memorial Healthcare System and Broward Health before returning to public accounting as a CPA.

ZOILA NAVARRO-PACHON, CPA, is a Certified Public Accountant and is a shareholder at HNT PA CPA firm located in Coral Gables Florida. She is a graduate of the Master of Science in Taxation program at Florida International University. Since 1989, Zoila has been providing extensive tax-related services to a diverse range of domestic and international clients. Her areas of expertise include tax preparation, accounting, tax planning, tax research, tax examinations, and business consulting, as well as Estates, Gifts, and Trusts taxation and their representation before the Internal Revenue Service.
Zoila's clients consist of small to medium-sized businesses, professional practices, exempt organizations, estates, trusts, and high net worth individuals. She advises her clients on tax minimization strategies and succession planning, with a strong commitment to proactive and attentive client service. Prior to joining HNT PA CPA, Zoila worked for other major South Florida CPA Firms.

ANEES TANOLI, CPA, is a Certified Public Accountant and shareholder at Hammer Navarro Tanoli, PA. With a passion for entrepreneurship, Anees has spent more than 2 decades working in business and as an advisor. Anees has successfully owned and operated other service industry businesses in the states of Florida and Texas. Anees has a proven track record in tax compliance and advising clients in the areas of accounting, tax and insurance. Anees is the majority stakeholder in PTH Financial & Insurance which operates independently from HNT. During his leisure time, he enjoys reading and spending quality time with his loved ones.

Deborah also leads and coordinates activities related to the Florida Treasure Hunt program, which has helped the firm's clients recover over $100,000 of unclaimed property from the State of Florida. She handles all Sunbiz filings as needed and requested by clients. She received her education from the University of Louisville and is licensed as a Notary Public.

SHANTALL VEGA provides administrative support to HNT PA CPA. Shantall is a native to Miami, FL and has worked in public accounting since 2017. She received an AA in General Education from Broward College. Prior to working in public accounting, she provided administrative support to healthcare providers for over 10 years to hospitals such as Mount Sinai, Cleveland Clinic and the University of Miami.
